Purpose of this notice

This notice has been prepared by CoreXAlpha Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the associated Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

Categories of personal data processed

  • Identity data — first name, surname
  • Contact data — email address, phone number
  • Customer transaction data — enquiry and complaint records
  • Transaction security data — IP address, access logs

Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, manage contractual processes, ensure information security and meet legal obligations.

Collection method and legal basis

Data is collected electronically via forms on the website and by email. Legal bases:

  • Directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c)
  • Legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 5/2-f)
  • Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç)
  • Explicit consent (for newsletter subscription)

Transfers

Your data is transferred, strictly as necessary to deliver the service, to the suppliers providing our hosting, email and cloud infrastructure. Where transfers outside Türkiye occur, the conditions in Article 9 of the Law are observed.

Rights of the data subject

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • Request information if it has been processed
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
  • Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad
  • Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
  • Request erasure or destruction
  • Request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties
  • Object to a result reached solely through automated analysis
  • Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
