1. Data controller

This privacy policy applies to the website at corexalpha.com, operated by CoreXAlpha Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("CoreXAlpha", "we"). As data controller we process your personal data in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and applicable regulation.

2. What we collect

Information you give us directly. When you complete the contact form we collect your name, email address and message, plus optionally your phone number and company name. When you subscribe to the newsletter we collect only your email address.

Information collected automatically. Technical records necessary for the site to function: IP address (in truncated form), browser and operating system type, pages visited and referring address.

We do not use cookies for advertising or profiling.

3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Retention periods

At the end of the period, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors necessary to deliver the service:

• Hosting and content delivery — serving the website
• Email infrastructure — delivering form and newsletter messages

Data processing agreements are in place with these providers, and where transfers outside Türkiye occur, the safeguards required by law are applied.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim compensation for damages.

7. Security

We encrypt data in transit with TLS, limit access to those who need it for their role, and maintain access logs.

We announce material changes to this policy on this page together with the date of publication.
